weekly weigh in

well, i've gone up and down for a while, but today i was pleasantly surprised to see i'm at an all time low (by 0.8 pounds) :D the funny thing is, i was half asleep when i weighed in, and i thought i had done bad. but then i looked at my records, and wooot! :D lol

i've decided that i need to reduce the amount of points i get each day. i've been going with the same amount of points since i started the program, and i'm about 75 pounds lighter. i figure it's time to crank it up a notch. i'm not trying to maintain here... hehe. so now i get 33 points a day instead of 35, plus my 35 weekly points.

went to my dad's house to wash the towels from last night's disaster. pretty much has been a good, (thankfully) uneventful day. :)
