weekly weigh in -3.4!

wow! three and a half pounds! i can't believe i lost that much this week! i'm thrilled. :D well, i'm definitely doing *something* right. :D i think having a smoothie for breakfast each morning, and listening to my body and having small snacks three times a day when i'm hungry, is helping a lot. i'm so excited about this loss! hopefully i can keep it up this week. :D :D
