so... i find i don't like to blog when i'm doing bad on my diet... and i do bad on my diet when i don't blog and keep myself accountable... it kinda feeds on it's self. so, i'm going to make the commitment to blog every day this month, good or bad.

slice of homemade bread with homemade raspberry jelly - 3 points
salad - 7 points
2 slices guacamole toast - 4 points
dinner salad - 12 points
half slice of homemade bread - 1 point
total points - 34
