i didn't get a chance to blog yesterday, but i still have a pretty good record for this week, and i stayed within points yesterday. wish i could say the same for today. we ran errands today, and they took longer than planned. i caved and ate a candy bar to tide me over... a 5 point candy bar. XD from now on i'm going to check that sort of thing out with my points calculator, that i need to start carrying in my purse. 13g of fat? srsly, how did they cram that much in to such a tiny space? XD anyway, on the other end of the spectrum, i did a new strength training routine, with my boyfriend acting as my personal trainer, pushing me to do just one more. :D my abdomen is sore, and i'm worried about having over done it, but i feel great at the moment. going to hit the showers and then hit the hay, gotta work tomorrow.
