weekly weigh in: -1 pound

well, it's slow but steady. it's the second week in a row i've lost exactly one pound. wouldn't mind it being faster, but it's much better than a gain.

i've added some more recipes to my recipe blog. i really hope to eventually be able to use this blog as a tool to plan and organize my menus.

i'm proud of myself. last week when i went shopping i was tempted by some cheep leftover easter candy... it looked soooo good... well, i was good, and for 40 cents more got a pound of grapes instead. i love grapes, they're one of my favorite foods. and they lasted for days longer than the chocolate would have. if i can keep making choices like this, i might get somewhere. :)

i want to try and start blogging more regularly.
